Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 20261. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of crinze.com and to services provided by CRINZE (“we”, “us”). By using the website or engaging our services you agree to them. Specific projects are also governed by the proposal or agreement we share with you; if there is a conflict, that document prevails.
2. Use of this website
Content on this website is for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our content, design or branding without permission.
3. Our services
The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
4. Fees and payments
Fees are payable as stated in the proposal or invoice. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our fees unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may pause work until accounts are settled.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, access to necessary accounts and content you have the right to use. Delays in these may affect timelines.
6. Results and third-party platforms
We work hard to achieve your goals, but marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and social platform algorithms, competition and market conditions. We therefore do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Use of third-party platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, final deliverables created specifically for you are transferred to you, unless the proposal says otherwise. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it only for the purpose of the work.
9. Termination
Unless a proposal states a minimum term, ongoing services run month to month and either party may end them with written notice as set out in the proposal. Fees for work completed up to the end date remain payable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction.
